This automatic CNC tube coiling machine forms copper, steel and stainless steel pipes into consistent condenser and heat exchanger coils. It supports tubes up to Ø25 × 2.0 mm, adjustable coil radii from 15 to 250 mm and variable forming speeds from 0 to 20 rpm.
The Automatic CNC Condenser Tube Coiling Machine is designed for forming metal tubes into consistent spiral coils used in condensers, heat exchangers, refrigeration equipment and industrial heating or cooling systems.
The machine can process copper pipes, steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and double-tube configurations. It supports a maximum tube capacity of Ø25 × 2.0 mm and an adjustable bending radius from 15 to 250 mm, making it suitable for producing different coil diameters and customized spiral tube components.
An adjustable forming speed of 0–20 rpm allows the operator to match the processing speed to different tube materials and coil requirements. The machine is powered by a 2 kW motor and equipped with an operator-friendly control interface for stable and repeatable production.
The standard coil length is 1000 mm and can be customized according to the customer’s product design. Tube fixtures, forming dimensions, voltage and other configurations can also be adjusted according to the supplied drawing or sample.
