The SW-38 and SW-50 hydraulic double-head tube bending machines are designed for simultaneous and symmetrical bending of metal tubes. Two selectable models cover rated bending capacities up to Ø38 × 1.8 mm and Ø50 × 2.0 mm, with adjustable bending-center spacing for different product dimensions.
The SW-38 / SW-50 Hydraulic Double-Head Tube Bending Machine is designed to bend both ends of a tube simultaneously, helping improve production efficiency and dimensional consistency in repeat manufacturing.
Two model options are available. The SW-38 provides a rated maximum bending capacity of Ø38 × 1.8 mm, while the SW-50 supports up to Ø50 × 2.0 mm. Both models offer a maximum bending angle of 185° and operate with a 14 MPa hydraulic system.
The distance between the two bending centers can be adjusted for different workpiece lengths. This makes the machine suitable for producing symmetrical tube components used in chairs, bed frames, trolleys, storage racks, furniture, handles and other fabricated metal products.
Bending dies, tube fixtures, working voltage and machine configuration can be customized according to the customer’s tube material, diameter, wall thickness, bending radius and product drawing.
